It's more than just a demise

It's more than just a Demise...

Sushant's death is more than just a demise. Everyone is speaking of mental health highlighting the fact that it is something which is generally neglected in the country. But why would one even suffer from depression if people are really concerned. A Celebrity's life is really alluring but what is the person feeling inside cannot be brought out just by talking about mental health and psychology.

So avoiding the usage of these heavy words, let's consider something of more signifance. Often people don't feel alright. It's just a feeling. A sudden change in body language or they don't wish to talk or they don't wish to talk or express. But that's where WORDS LIKE COMPASSION should be IMPLEMENTED AS FEELINGS. Friends parents siblings, they are not just around us to fulfill some moral obligation. A suicidal mindset doesn't develop in a day. It is an accumulation of neglect, fear, self doubt or even something worse.

Nowadays, sympathy is not needed. Sympathy doesn't  do any good or make any sense. Practice Of Empathy is the substitution. People don't make any real effort to know what is troubling their soulmate, friend or anybody. The way has just been formalised to some general questions. We must understand the importance of emotions and feelings. The world is cruel as we say or as we feel but the sad part is that it is true. A person fails to find even one person in a 1000 people contact list with whom he can share his feelings.

I am not writing this just because of the death of a famous celebrity but its just that the point will be highlighted now. It would now be understood widely. People generally don't want their friends to call them a BROTHER but make him feel like one. Personally I am lucky to have some people around with whom I can share everything and they know when I am suffering.

Lets just try to be more worried for someone's pains (GENUINELY) and not just for any sympathy or obligation. Lets just try to talk more with the ones who care for us. Because everyone needs some other person and its a fact!

LETS JUST TRY TO BE MORE EMPATHETIC RATHER THAN SYMPATHETIC...
