Poem: Drops

Drops   It started to rain It started to rain heavily I felt the child inside of me Who wanted to feel the rain merrily. I stepped out in the open I felt as if I had lost the sense of how they felt The drops pinched me hard and I shivered But the amazement laid in the soil I smelt People around me found a shelter They liked a clear sky better I pitied for those who didn't adore those drops For they beautified the nature when they fell on crops. It was the laughter of the clouds and their tears of joy They wanted to share their happiness with every girl and boy But how would any sane feel the shower When their minds are dizzy and lives are busy. -Vansh Jain Find me on instagram   Image by Aline Nadai from pexels.
